The house offers +/- 100 m² of bright living space. It features a large open-plan living and dining room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, all designed with simplicity and ease in mind. Outside, a south-facing garden, a private terrace, and dedicated parking provide complete autonomy during your stay.

The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) sharing a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. With the sea always in sight, the house is also the perfect starting point for many coastal walks and hiking trails.

Sustainable details: Particular care has been given to the house’s environmental footprint. Casa Alexandre is equipped with a heat pump for hot water and climate control, as well as rainwater tanks used for the garden and toilets. Organic shower gels and shampoo are provided.
